Job Vacancy - Landscaping Site Manager
As a Site Manager for the Landscaping Team, you will be required to manage a number of exciting and diverse client projects and be an integral part of the team. We make every effort to include all team members in every aspect of any build, whether this be with regards to the straightforward elements of the soft landscaping, or the more technically demanding elements on the hard landscaping. This means that there is a strong requirement that the Site Manager works to improve the skill sets of those working below him/her.
Although all applications will be considered, the more successful applicants will be those who can display the following skills and/or requirements and can demonstrate a solid portfolio of works behind them: Hard Landscaping / Brick laying / Block work / Rendering / Paving / Decking / Turfing / The ability to develop a strong team / Proven ability to manage / New Business Development / Ability to work directly from Design Plans / Ability to perform basic surveys / All tickets considered an advantage.
All applicants MUST:
- Have a high level of fitness
- Have a full and clean driving licence
- Be presentable and polite (client facing position)
- Be at least 25 years old if driving to site ( to be able to comply with company vehicle insurance )
Availability: Immediate
Working Hours: 7.30am – 5.30pm (Summer) / 8am - 4pm (Deep winter)
